Food Resolutions 2012

I recently picked up an issue of Clean Eating Magazine, and got inspired by their two-week clean eating meal plan (Jan/Feb 2012 issue).  Face it, we all know the rules for eating healthy, but where the fork hits the mouth these rules are often hard to put into action.  How many times have I stocked the kitchen with produce, grains, and lean protein only to wind up eating some crummy, unwholesome mac ‘n cheese thing for dinner?  I needed creativity, new ideas for getting all those ingredients into my meals.  This meal plan would tell me how to put it together, day after day, one meal at a time for two whole weeks.

The pages of my magazine are already dog-eared and food stained.  This is gonna be fun!
